Those who were included in the recent PBB report were included in the database, thus, they do not need to create a new account. Instead, you can perform the following process:

1. Attempt to login using your DepEd email username (without the @deped.gov.ph, e.g. fernando.enad for [email protected]) and the default password, "password"  (without quotes). If the login attempt is successful, you will be redirected to the verify your email page. From there, click to request a new verification link. Check your email and locate the email from Bohol HRMS. If it is not there, try looking it up in your spam folder. With the email found, please follow the instructions indicated.

2. If the login attempt is not successful, click on the Forgot Your Password link and you will be redirected to the page where you will input your DepEd email. Fill it out so that an email verification will be sent to that email. Check your email and locate the email from Bohol HRMS. If it is not there, try looking it up in your spam folder. With the email found, please follow the instructions indicated. If it says, "We can't find a user with that email address.", then it is possible that we do not have your correct email in the database (emails herein do not contain 01, 001, etc.). You then may try to login again using the DepEd email username without the number suffixes.

3. If step number 1 and 2 do not work, you may click on the Forgot Your Password link (Login Page) and you will be redirected to the page where you will input your DepEd email. You do not need to fill it out though, instead, click the "No email received?" link to request for a manual account lookup. Fill out the form properly and accurately and one from ICTU will do the manual lookup for you. Always take note of the auto-generated reference number. You may check the status of your request here. 

4. If you were able to login but cannot get the verification link sent to your email, do the same thing as that of item #3.
