This year, SDO Bohol launched the Official Page for the Recruitment Process so applicants will have a focal point for recruitment-related information and announcements. Please visit the page at  https://www.depedbohol.org/?page_id=41431

Due to the pandemic and with the SDO's initiative to streamline the application process, all application intents should be recorded in this system. While most of the current SDO employees already have accounts there are quite a few who are not in the system yet. Please refer to the instructions found on the registration page. 

 

Important Announcements

 

  • Old registrants who forgot the email they use to register or those who have lost access to the registered email, please use this account lookup request form at https://hrms.depedbohol.org/password/reset and choose “No email received?” link. On the DepEd Emal field, indicate your active email and send the request. Take note of the reference number to check the status via https://hrms.depedbohol.org/help/request
  • All applicants– old/new must use the RMS portal;
    • New – must register and apply online
    • Retain – use the old RMS account to apply online
      • Submit the letter of intent and the RQA 2021 page showing the name of the applicant.
    • Update – user the old RMS account to apply online
      • Submit the letter of intent, the documents to be updated (refer to DM 0266, s. 2022 for the teach/skills demonstration and certification submission portals), and the RQA 2021 page showing the name of the applicant.
  • Submissions not submitted via the designated channel and not submitted on time shall not be honored per Department Order 19. s. 2022.
  • The submission portal for the recorded Teach/Skills Demonstration and the Skills Certificate for Junior and Senior HS teacher-applicants is available at https://tinyurl.com/boholranking2022.
  • The Interview Sign-up form for Junior and Senior HS teacher-applicants is available at https://tinyurl.com/boholinterview2022.
  • The EPT Sign-up form for Kindergarten, Elementary/SPED, Junior HS, and Senior HS teacher-applicants is available at https://tinyurl.com/boholept2022. EPT result is only valid for 2 years.

Due to the pandemic and with the SDO's initiative to streamline the application process, all application intents should be recorded in this system. While most of the current SDO employees already have accounts there are quite a few who are not in the system yet. Please refer to the instructions found on the registration page. 

Follow the following steps:

  1. Create an RMS account through the Register link found on the navigator bar.
  2. Read all the fine prints including the data privacy terms and conditions.
  3. A working email is required to successfully create an account as the account verification link will be sent to you to confirm the creation of your account. Use and input the correct email.
  4. Apply to the desired position by clicking on its relative Apply button. You will be required to: 1) for new applicants- submit a single PDF document of all your pertinent papers as stipulated on item number 3 of the memorandum. 2) for applicants who would like to update their previous year's scores- scanned letter of intent signifying the update motion and scanned copies of your documents that need a scoring update. 3) for applicants wanting to retain their previous year's scores- scanned letter of intent signifying the retention motion.
  5. Frequently visit your applications for updated status.
